Mourinho Backs Ronaldo

Just like everyone listens to Simon Cowell when he gives his judgement on the top musicians, Jose Mourinho is a respected judge of everybody on the football field. When he says a player is good, he is good, and when he says a player is the best, he knows what he's talking about!

All of which makes it even sweeter for Cristiano Ronaldo right now, with his Real Madrid coach coming out in favour of the Portuguese superstar when asked who the best player in the world right now is.

Mourinho told AS: “Who is the best in the world? There are two options Cristiano? Messi?

“If you think Cristiano number one, Messi is number two. But it is clear to me, Cristiano is currently number one.
