RONALDO LINKED TO PSG

Laurent Blanc has been in charge of PSG since June 25 of 2013 as he was the man chosen to succeed Carlo Ancelotti and so far his reign at the head of the French club has been a successful one as PSG are at the top of the French league and are also competing for the Champions League.

The Brazilian defender Thiago Silva is hoping that an agreement can be done involving Blanc and him remaining with the club for a few more years.

Silva told L'Equipe: “It is important the coach feels good and valued at this club. If he does get an extension I hope he invites us all to dinner to celebrate the event.”

When Blanc signed with PSG, a contract of 2 years was penned down but considering all of the success that the team has achieved since Blanc took over of the club, he wants the tactician for a few more years than the one which was agreed.

PSG is also interested in boosting their squad not only with the renewal of contract of Laurent Blanc but also with the signing of David Luiz as they want to sign and combine Thiago Silva with his Brazilian comrade David Luiz of Chelsea and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Amongst those three there has to be one winner of the Brazil 2014 world cup - with Brazil the hot favourites, and Ronaldo being the very best in the world.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva both arrived from AC Milan with a combined price of around €62 million and PSG has always been known on offloading just about any amount of money in order to sign the player they want which a good thing is considering that Jose Mourinho will not allow David Luiz on leaving Chelsea on a low price.

If PSG does manage to sign David Luiz from Chelsea, then Alex will probably be offloaded as he has already received interest from other clubs which want to sign him up including Ac.Milan and Napoli.
