RONALDO WANTS OUT?
The early Press reports suggest that Cristiano Ronaldo is on his way out of Old Trafford.
Whilst the World waits for some kind of signal from Ronaldo, with Manchester United keen for Cristiano to hold a press conference to confirm his United desires, Cristiano is staying silent - which says something in itself.
The Guardian (one of the UK's more trustworthy newspapers) has reported that Ronaldo has decided to headd to Madrid, and has informed his agent, Jorge Mendes, that he wants the 'dream move' to happen now.
Apparently, one of his 'associates' briefed the Portuguese journalists that Ronaldo was hoping United would relent on their refusal to entertain the idea of negotiating a world-record transfer.
Meanwhile, the tabloid Sun was running a similar story - with Ronny apparently telling (not the most discreet) friends that “if I don’t leave Manchester United now, I certainly will in a year.”
Ronaldo trained in front of 12,000 paying fans yesterday, and is not expected to be heard from, according to our sources, until the Friday pre-match press conference.
